The FC Bayern Chronicle "4 Stars – 111 years" has become a "media star" since her finalization

The first edition of the world's largest football book was given to FC Bayern's president emeritus Franz Beckenbauer by Karl-Heinz Rummenigge and Uli Hoeness live on SAT.1 before the Champions League Qualification Bayern vs. FC Zurich.

Five days later, the official publisher's presentation is hold at the Hotel Regent in Berlin with the special guests Udo Lattek (former Championship-Coach), Paul Breitner (Member of the FCB-Legends and World Cup Winner), Champions-League-Winner Thomas Linke, Intercontinental Cup Winner Udo Horsmann and Otto Schweizer, the eldest Bayern player.

The members of the Legend's team receive their personal editions live on sky (Stefan Effenberg before the Champions-League-Match FC Bayern vs. Manchester City) and Sport1 (Paul Breitner hands Ottmar Hitzfeld his personal edition during the "Audi Star Talk"). The Munich newspaper "AZ" witnessed Lothar Matthäus receiving his edition and also looked over Udo Horsmann's shoulder, while the designer of the chronicle board was working on the piece of furniture.

The "tz", another Munich newspaper, bought one copy and raffled it off to its readers. One copy – a present from the FC Bayern – received a special place in the Bavarian Library. And on December 17th, 2011, the XXL Chronicle was the main focus during the field day at the headquarter of the FC Bayern at the Säbener Straße. Of course, this happened under the interested eyes of the media.

"There will be no second edition
of this masterpiece."
